our controller is a multi-functional type energy saving and environmental protection products. we have applied for the Patent in china, its main features as follow:

1, Energy savings:

usually, the power of big AC contactor controller is 80-90W,some even more than 100W,our products can save 90% of the energy ,for examples, one 400A 220V AC contactor, the power is 85W,if use our energy saving controller, the power only 3W,it can save 82W,it is a fantasy application.

2 , environmental protection:

because AC contactor usually use 50Hz AC current,when the current through the coil ,it will produce a frequency humming noise, from several to dozens of large dB, it will do Harm to peoples health.

In Additional,because the power of the coil is large, the temperature will rise high. AC contactor usually work with long time, there would be some 50-60 degrees temperature, even worse in summer, the temperature will rise faster. Therefore, when the coil work in long time with high-temperature, it will accelerated the damage of the coil, or even destroyed, significantly reducing the service life of AC contactor, and produce much environment thermal effects, Use  our protection-type controller can completely solve the above problem.

First, as our controller provide the coil with DC low-voltage, small current, so no noise. Secondly, our controller is low-power, except of the ambient temperature there is no other heat , this can greatly extend the life of the core component of the coil. That is, the life of the coil equivalent to AC contactors life , even when the AC contactor scrapped ,the coil still can keep good.

3,safe:

as the controller design with the latest computer control and multiple protective measures ,the accuracy is high. Besides, the core components are imported advanced components, and operation with low-voltage and low-power, it is very reliable, very high level of security.

4,high pull-in speed:

so it can greatly avoid arc phenomena, if the AC contactor without such controller ,it cant be so good,if the  power network is not stable, the arc phenomena usually happen.

5, our energy saving can be used for all kinds of contactor, also can be used for DC current power supply contactor.
